Kyley Davoodi counsels domestic and international insurers and reinsurers in complex commercial disputes. Kyley’s practice is focused on international arbitration of specialty insurance claims involving trade credit, political risk, reinsurance, and Bermuda Form coverage. She is also an experienced litigator of domestic insurance disputes involving casualty, property, commercial general liability, umbrella, and excess liability covers. Kyley routinely advises on non-contentious matters, including market insurance wording and bespoke contract language and arbitration agreements.
