Jordan represents clients on a wide range of files, including commercial and municipal law, host and occupier’s liability, property and product damage, coverage issues, and subrogated claims. With substantive courtroom experience, she has appeared before various levels of Ontario courts and tribunals, including the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. Advocating successfully for her clients, in addition to regularly obtaining settlement out of court, she has acted as counsel at complex jury trials, appeals, hearings, motions, and applications.

A committed member of the wider legal community, she acts as duty counsel with Pro Bono Ontario and volunteers with the Clyde & Co Pro Bono and Social Impact committee. Jordan has appeared in legal publications and has written on issues like the proper disclosure of evidence in affidavits of documents.

Jordan obtained her JD from Dalhousie University and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2015. She joined Clyde & Co in 2021.
