Harriet advises a wide variety of clients in relation to both domestic and international cyber incidents. Harriet is highly experienced in dealing with the full lifecycle of incident response, as well as post-incident regulatory and litigation matters. Harriet also advises insurers on complex cyber, specialty, and professional liability matters, including coverage for cyber security, data breaches, privacy matters and third-party litigation arising from these breaches. Harriet also has litigation and defence experience advising insurers and companies on various commercial disputes.

Harriet also has extensive experience advising on a variety of cyber, privacy and emerging risk insurance and reinsurance policy wordings. For six years, Harriet was located in our San Francisco office, advising insurers on coverage for cyber, errors & omissions and specialty claims, as well as general commercial dispute matters. Harriet has also advised cyber insurers on subrogated recoveries following a claim.

Harriet is a member of the California bar and is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US).
