• Advised ORLEN in connection with establishing a joint venture concerning the first Polish offshore wind farm with a planned capacity of 1200 MW and an offshore project in Lithuania with a planned capacity of 700 MW
• Advised CEE Equity Partners on its acquisition of KOM-EKO S.A. (waste management company) from Value4Capital’s Poland Plus Fund
• Advised SIKA on the Polish aspects of a global restructuring and the divestment of assets connected with the acquisition of the MBCC Group
• Advised MCI Capital S.A. on the sale of ABC Data S.A. (IT distributor) to ALSO Holding
• Advised the RSG Group on the sale of McFIT Polska (chain of premium fitness clubs in Poland) to Medicover
• Advised a UK based infrastructure fund on its planned divestment and corporate reorganisation of energy assets in Poland
• Advised Vestas in connection with the acquisition and consecutive sale of wind projects as part of a joint venture developed with a Polish partner
• Advised a large investor on the sale of large scale PV installations in a competitive auction sale process
• Represented a strategic investor in an acquisition of the majority shareholding in the biggest distributor of dental equipment in Poland and its post-transactional reorganisation
• Represented a leading pan-European independent provider of clinical engineering and diagnostic imaging services in the acquisition process of a majority shareholding in the largest independent services company specialising in comprehensive diagnostic imaging services in Poland
