Marta joined Clyde & Co’s Madrid office in May 2021, after spending her previous career years at the Litigation & Arbitration department of a major international law firm.

Marta’s practice is mainly focused on a variety of contentious and transactional matters relating to construction and engineering projects, insurance coverage disputes, product liability, energy, fires, machinery breakdown, fraud, tort law and professional liability.

Marta is a qualified solicitor in Spain with experience at various litigation stages before the different Spanish Courts and she has been involved in both domestic and international claims. She has extensive dispute resolution experience covering litigation and international arbitration (including under ICC and DIAC Rules, among others).

Marta studied a Double Degree in Law and Business Administration at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (Madrid) and a Master ‘s Degree in Access to Advocacy with a specialization in Business Law at Pontifical University of Comillas (ICADE). She has also conducted complementary studies in Mannheim University (Germany).
