Joaquín is a senior associate of the Project team of the firm. He is a specialist lawyer with more than 10 years of experience in construction law and contracts. 

He developed as Legal Chief of one of the main construction companies in Chile, with a remarkable expertise in legal and contractual advisory at important building an infrastructure projects, in all its stages. He has experience in bidding processes, legal and contractual risk analysis for future projects, construction contract drafting and negotiation, preparation and follow-up of claims, subcontractor and supplier contracts, and in another general construction issues.

Joaquín has graduated as a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2009 and has a diploma in Company Real State Law in Universidad De Los Andes. Actually, he is studying a diploma of environment and sustainability in Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

He is also teacher of the Diploma of Construction Management, taught by the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and a member of the “Sociedad Chilena del Derecho de la Construcción”.

• Extension of AMB Airport, concessioned public building project developed in Santiago, Chile (value over US$ 15 million).
