Shamma supports clients seeking advice on market entry and compliance issues, as they seek to navigate complex legal and regulatory frameworks in the region. Shamma has advised clients operating in the aviation, education, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, retail and consumer, and technology sectors. She has worked on a number of projects for the launch of emerging technologies with a focus on data protection and consumer protection issues. 

Shamma has also worked with regional and multinational corporations on commercial intellectual property matters across the UAE and GCC region, including the licensing and commercialisation of trade marks and copyright works in compliance with regional regulations.

Shamma is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and has a diverse legal background spanning both civil and common law systems. She completed the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) from the BPP Law School in London, UK and has a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi, UAE in 2021. 

Shamma is fluent in English, Arabic, and French.
