Mina Beshara handles a wide array of litigation matters representing clients in the consumer financial services and insurance practice groups. He also handles civil defense and trial practice, focusing on serving businesses and insurers in high-value and complex litigation matters involving specialized tort in the transportation and healthcare sectors.
Mina has substantial experience handling jury trials, mediations, and arbitration hearings in both New York and New Jersey state and federal courts. He has also previously worked in-house for an international insurer, where he was the US assistant Corporate Legal Counsel handling regulatory and compliance matters.
