She has experience in dealing with tenancy agreements for serviced apartments.  She has acted for private sector schools and universities.

Expérience

• Acting for a challenger bank in respect of a loan of £8 million secured against 59 residential properties which included sample due diligence and working with a portfolio indemnity insurance provider
• Acting for a lender in respect of security with multiple obligors secured against a portfolio of residential properties
• Negotiating leases for well-known retailers in high street and shopping centre locations
• Acting on the acquisition, development agreement and funding of an industrial site in Bristol
• Acting for the landlord on the on-going management of a shopping centre in Leicester
