Helen is experienced in dealing with a broad range of litigation, including general commercial disputes, product and property liability, together with claims arising from financial crime, cladding and the recovery of assets. She has particular expertise advising on the defence of multi-party and multi-jurisdictional litigation.

She represents major insurers, advising on a broad range of liability and coverage disputes, as well as recovery claims against third parties.

In relation to cyber and data protection, Helen advises both insurers and corporate entities on a wide range of cyber risk matters including incident response. She works closely with the global team on cross-jurisdictional incidents and has significant experience dealing with data protection regulators, including coordinating EU wide regulatory investigations.

She also advises on the third party liability and damage to property and business interruption caused by cyber related incidents.

Helen is also a member of the firm's UK Management Board.
