Sam's legal career began in 2018 as a paralegal at a national firm focusing on clinical negligence claims. In 2022, Sam began his training contract at a national healthcare firm in which he sat in the following seats: corporate & commercial; regulatory, crime & professional conduct; general litigation; and, inquests & advisory. Sam qualified in September 2024 and joined Clyde & Co in October 2024.

Sam studied law as an undergraduate at the University of Kent, Canterbury. Sam then went on to study his master's degree in legal practice at BPP University, London which was inclusive of the legal practice course (LPC).
