Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Monerah worked in litigation and dispute resolution teams at top-tier regional and international law firms including Al Tamimi & Company and Al Dhabaan & Partners in association with Eversheds Sutherland.

Monerah holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Prince Sultan University and is admitted as a lawyer and a private notary in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Representing an international technology company in a complex software installation dispute, navigating legal challenges up to the Supreme Court and achieving a favourable outcome.
• Representing a technology company in a contractual dispute, navigating challenges up to the Court of Appeal and securing a favourable outcome.
• Advising and representing a client in a high-value land development dispute, overseeing all legal aspects of an approximately SAR 1 billion (USD 266 million) project.
• Representing a governmental entity in lawsuits related to regulatory amendment, navigating challenges up to the Administrative Supreme Court and securing favourable judgments.
• Advising and representing a major financing company in 20+ lawsuits against an insurance company, achieving favourable judgments at both levels of the dispute resolution committees.
• Advising and representing a major telecommunications company before the administrative court, securing favourable outcomes.
