Meshael is an associate in the Corporate Team, based in Clyde & Co’s Riyadh office. She assists in advising corporations in relation to foreign direct investment (FDI) where she works on facilitating the establishment of foreign companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
She also assists in matters such as dispute resolutions, incorporation, including advising a range of companies on major corporate transactions in the Kingdom, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial agency, day-to-day regulatory and administrative compliance.
Meshael joined the firm in January 2019 after completing a 7-month internship program with the firm and graduating with a Bachelor of Law from Prince Sultan University in Riyadh and is fluent in both Arabic and English.
