Juan Ayala advises his clients on insurance coverage litigation and market conduct (bad faith) matters. He has experience with all aspects of civil litigation practice, including discovery, motion, and trial practice. In addition to litigation, he regularly advises clients on policy interpretation, claims handling, and bad faith. Juan served in the US Army’s 478th Civil Affairs Battalion (Airborne) as a tactical communications specialist. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, snowboarding, building computers, and watching the Florida Gators football team.
