Cynthia Aoki works collaboratively with her clients to provide sincere and cost-effective services to help achieve her client’s goals. With nearly 15 years of experience, Cynthia’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, construction litigation, product liability, professional liability (errors and omissions), employment practices liability (EPL) and personal injury claims. In addition, she handles healthcare, medical and pharmaceutical claims and defends regulated health professionals. 

Cynthia represents domestic and international clients across Canada and the United States. She has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta and Ontario. Her broad experiences and in-depth knowledge, as well as her background in science and neuroscience, provide Cynthia with the skills, perspectives, and expertise to help resolve novel and challenging claims, especially those related to healthcare. From complex constructions claims to EPL claims and cases involving pesticide sprayers, Cynthia leverages her detail-oriented, yet cost-effective approach to zealously represent her clients.
