Anthony advises on all aspects of construction and engineering cases and has particular experience in the resolution of national and international construction disputes.
Anthony's practice includes domestic and international arbitration cases, court proceedings and expert determination and adjudication (including references to DABs). He also advises on various methods of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation. Anthony is a trained mediator and is on the list of mediators for the Technology and Construction Solicitors' Association.
He works with numerous barristers, claims consultants and expert witnesses on a wide variety of claims and has routinely deals with disputes under all forms of contract. Anthony also conducts claims on behalf of insurers for professional indemnity and contractor’s all risks insurance policies.
