Acting for a Hong Kong based investor on the acquisition and asset management of their entire commercial property portfolio across the UK. Most recently, we advised on a £43m portfolio acquisition and simultaneous refinance of another portfolio totalling 23 multi let industrial and out of town retail estates with a combined value of over £130m.
