Industrial and Logistics is the fastest growing sector in commercial property and offers exciting opportunities as well as novel challenges for developers, investors and occupiers. Given the estimated need for 100 square feet of new logistics space for every new home built in the UK, this is a trend which is only going to continue. At Clyde & Co we have a full-service team who can provide tailored and pragmatic advice, working closely with our colleagues across the firm.
We are able to leverage our considerable development experience to help navigate the unique site assembly, planning and construction challenges presented by large scale logistics projects.
The occupier side is equally buoyant with over 25% of total retail sales in the UK carried out online and we act for clients across all parts of the production and delivery chain. We appreciate the importance of securing deals quickly whilst ensuring the long term ability for the business to operate efficiently and to adapt to market changes.
