Our professional practice team is experienced in advising law firms in relation to exposures arising out of the banking crisis and in dealing with the raft of lenders' claims and pensions disputes accompanying the economic downturn. We also progress recovery actions on behalf of our clients. We are highly skilled in all methods of dispute resolution and in assisting our clients in reaching a commercial solution wherever possible.
