Nous avons un cabinet qui se consacre exclusivement au cadre réglementaire de l’aviation, un facteur de plus en plus important au sein du secteur. Nos avocats ont des connaissances approfondies de la réglementation complexe du secteur de l’aviation et des activités connexes des compagnies aériennes. Ils sont en mesure de conseiller nos clients sur les conséquences et incidences de ces règlements sur leurs activités commerciales.

Nous représentons les compagnies aériennes sur tous les aspects liés à la sécurité, à la réglementation économique et à l’accès au marché en vertu du droit international et national. Nous disposons d’une expertise particulière pour conseiller les compagnies aériennes sur la délivrance des certificats et des permis d’exploitant d’aéroport, ainsi que sur le Règlement européen n° 261/2004 qui définit des notions telles que le refus d’embarquement, les annulations et les retards de vol.

Nous offrons également des conseils sur le droit en matière de concurrence dans le secteur de l’aviation, y compris les règles relatives aux aides d’État sur les alliances, fusions et acquisitions,  ainsi que le partage des codes, la participation des grands voyageurs, les accords bilatéraux sur les services aériens, les conventions aériennes internationales et le volume sans cesse croissant de lois européennes dans le secteur de l’aviation.

    We successfully defended the Defendant in the case of Marian Holloway v Tyne Thames Technology Ltd, in which a UK court considered de minimis issues in a noise induced hearing loss (NIHL) case. This was a significant and positive decision for insurers continuing to face an unprecedented surge in deafness claims.
