Global law firm Clyde & Co has advised Rethink Education, a New York-based impact venture capital firm focused on education, on its investment in Aanaab, a Saudi Arabia-based education technology (edtech) company, on a mission to empower teachers.
Clyde & Co acted as Saudi law counsel to Rethink Education. The Clyde & Co corporate team was led by partner Chadi Salloum who was supported by legal director Krishen Patel, senior associate Abdulaziz Alharthy and associate Sara Magdy.
