Roshan is a Senior Associate in the London office with experience of acting for Bermuda and London market insurers, with a particular focus on disputes involving the Bermuda Form.
Roshan is experienced in international insurance arbitration. He has acted on excess liability claims and arbitrated disputes involving product liability, pharmaceutical products, and claims arising from major catastrophes.
Roshan is involved in Clyde & Co's D,E&I initiatives.
