Dr Dan Schilbach is a lawyer (Counsel) in the Düsseldorf office of Clyde & Co Europe LLP. He advises national and international clients on all liability and coverage issues related to cyber incidents, as well as in disputes before state courts and arbitration tribunals. Another focus of his practice are insurance contract disputes in the area of financial lines, in particular in the fields of D&O, tech E&O and product liability insurance.
