Pablo’s insurance experience covers all aspects of financial institutions claims, including both contentious and non-contentious matters, domestic and international. He specialises in advising Spanish and foreign insurance and reinsurance companies on D&O, Public Offering Securities Insurance, Bankers Blanket Bond, Commercial Crime and Professional Indemnity claims under Spanish law. His practice includes drafting and adapting policies to Spanish law.
Pablo is currently involved in a number of major cases, particularly claims involving saving banks, public offering of securities and preference shares.
Pablo frequently speaks at seminars and conferences on directors and officers, Bankers Blanket Bond and professional indemnity insurance both in Spain and in the London market. He is a regular lecturer in the Master Programme “International Law” at Instituto Superior de Derecho y Empresa (ISDE).
