Lucia’s expertise is in litigation and dispute resolution, specialising in insurance and commercial litigation. Her experience includes large complex claims, policy interpretation, advising on policy response, reviewing policy wordings, broker liability, subrogated recoveries and litigious matters.
She holds Bcom (Law) and LLB degrees from the University of Johannesburg and was admitted as attorney of the High Court of South Africa in March 2015.
