Charlie Clements is a senior associate at our London office where he works with our property damage team. He acts mainly in subrogated recovery matters working with insurers on high-value claims. And as a Higher Rights advocate, he has conducted cases at trial for many years. 

As a senior associate with over 20 years of qualified experience, Charlie has a broad litigation history. Before his legal career, Charlie studied at the University of London between 1993 and 1996, gaining his BA in History of Art and Archaeology. In 1996, he began his studies at The College of Law (LPC), graduating in 1998.
