Jassar is a senior associate in Clyde & Co’s employment group and splits his time between the Jeddah and Riyadh offices. He has extensive experience in employment litigation and dispute resolution. Jassar is fluent in Arabic and English.
Jassar specialises in complex and sensitive employment issues representing employers in a broad range of disputes ranging from claims of invalid termination, corporate restructures, changes in terms and conditions and the application of international policies.
Jassar is a licensed attorney with the Ministry of Justice, Saudi Arabia, and has been practicing since 2015.
Jassar has a Master of Laws (LLM) from Duke University School of Law, US, and a BA from King Abdulaziz University, Saudi Arabia.
