David Zimmerman focuses his practice on New York State Labor Law and general liability matters.
David regularly represents owners, general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, property management companies, municipalities, public benefit corporations, private landowners, and businesses, and is well-versed in the New York State Labor Law. He handles cases involving large New York City and State transit projects as well as high rise and commercial building construction.
David also practices in the area of premises liability and represents owners and lessees of residential and commercial properties.
