Aleksandra Yuskina is a Senior Associate in our Employment, Pensions & Immigration group in our London office. She focuses on providing practical, strategic and solution focused advice on a broad range of immigration matters.
Aleksandra has extensive experience advising corporate clients on their internal recruitment strategy and assists with UKVI Sponsor licence, Skilled worker & Global mobility visas, right to work regulations and matters relating to penalties under the preventing illegal working regulations. She assists with immigration compliance visits and audits, advises on immigration aspects in restructuring transactions: merges, de-merges and acquisitions.
In addition, she regularly provides advice on all types of applications under the UK immigration rules and nationality laws and assists on complex immigration matters.
Aleksandra has represented clients from within the Consulting, Insurance, IT & Gaming, Financial, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Shipping, Fashion, and Manufacturing sectors and is often viewed by her clients as an ‘in-house’ trusted advisor.
Prior joining the firm, Aleksandra has previously worked for a number of highly reputable immigration practices in London.
Aleksandra is fluent in English and Russian.
