Vivienne Williams is a partner in our Manchester office.
In her tenure, she has had many accomplishments. Among them, spearheading the introduction of a data analytics team. She also worked with the team to launch innovative tools, including artificial intelligence solutions for the insurance industry.
Vivienne has plenty of experience in delivering quality client services. Previously, she has been a client relationship partner for top insurers, where she was required to provide solutions beyond legal advice. Additionally, she has championed a number of cross-panel collaboration initiatives. One such accomplishment was developing the firm’s disease team, which now operates across 13 locations.
