A partner based in our Manchester office, Sally Whalley specialises in catastrophic injury and large loss claims. 

As part of her work, she advises on claims arising from road traffic accidents, employers’ liability, public liability, and occupier’s liability. She also advises on policy coverage and indemnity issues. 

Also in Sally’s realm of expertise is defending claims involving complex liability and quantum issues. Such claims include brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputee claims, fatal accidents, and serious orthopaedic injuries.
