Ryan Waton focuses his career on civil and commercial litigation in New York and Florida state and federal courts. Ryan’s areas of focus include construction, property damage, admiralty and maritime, employment, personal injury, and foreclosure matters. He has extensive experience advocating for his clients and has managed discovery, taken and defended depositions, attended mediations, prepared and argued motions, and assisted at trial and arbitration.
Concerning construction matters, Ryan has represented design professionals, real estate owners and developers, condominium associations, contractors, and other members of the construction community in all phases of business and construction matters, including third-party property damage, construction injury cases, condominium defect litigation, critical path delay claims, errors and omission claims, contract negotiations, and mechanic’s liens.
