Rebecca works out of the Firm's Manchester office as a Senior Associate and has worked in the Casualty / Occupational Health team since 2014.
Her work principally involves advising insurers on particular aspects of insurance injury matters, including from a recovery angle or on indemnity and in respect of specific aspects of a case, but she also defends larger value claims, from the start of the litigation process, on the insurers' behalf. Principally her work focuses on employers' and public liability claims, as well as disease claims, but her experience includes motor claims as well.
Rebecca provides training on different aspects of the legal landscape and on different legal issues to insurer clients and also conducts case surgeries with our insurer clients.
