Nadine has advised on a number of corporate transactions, working with clients operating in the industrial, professional services, retail and consumer, trade and commodities, and technology sectors.

Nadine is a qualified lawyer in Ontario, Canada. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the University of Leeds, UK in 2016 and a Bachelor of Arts (hons) in criminology and criminal justice from Carleton University, Canada in 2007. 

Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Nadine worked at PwC Legal Middle East for over six years. 

Experience

• Advising the founders of a specialist engineering consultancy firm in an auction sale.
• Advising Etive Consulting on their sale to TMF Services B.V.
• Advising China-based JOFO Nonwoven on its USD 90 million acquisition of a 70 per cent stake in Advanced Fabric Factory Company (SAAF), a Takween company. 
• Advising the Australian-based Linfox Group on the sale of its UAE secure logistics and valuable cargo handling business to Etihad Group.
• Advising a technology consultancy firm on the sale of their 70 per cent stake to a European SAP provider.
• Advising the shareholders of Al Islami Foods on the sale of a minority stake to Mitsubishi Corporation.
• Advising the government entity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) on its partnership with a French culinary arts and hotel management school to establish a higher education institution in KSA.
• Advising Aramex on its business units across the Middle East and North Africa. 
• Advising Reckitt Benckiser in the separation of its hygiene and home business units in the UAE.
• Advising a UK wellbore clean up services company on restructuring its Middle East operations, entering into a JV arrangement with the company’s KSA local partner. 
• Advising a luxury Italian fashion house on establishing its direct-to-customer e-commerce business model across the GCC.
