Kimberly is an experienced litigator with an interest in professional negligence, subrogation and product liability matters. She is a member of the Bar in both Alberta and British Columbia, she has insurance litigation experience in both jurisdictions and has appeared before all levels of Court in Alberta and the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Known for her analytical approach to her files, Kimberly possesses a unique skillset that enables her to be a proactive and effective advocate for her clients.

Kimberly attended the University of Alberta for her undergraduate studies before travelling to the United Kingdom to study law at the University of Birmingham.

In addition to practicing law, Kimberly is also a graduate student in the University of Alberta Faculty of Law LL.M program studying constitutional law. When she entered the LL.M program, Kimberly received numerous awards for high academic achievement including the N. D. McDermid Graduate Scholarship in Law, Alberta Graduate Excellence Scholarship and the SSHRC Joseph-Armand Bombardier Canada Graduate Scholarship.

Kimberly is actively involved in her community and serves as the current President of the Edmonton Bar Association and on the Board of Directors of the Brain Care Centre (a local non-profit organization).

In her spare time, Kimberly enjoys reading, travelling with her partner and spending time with their two special needs cats.
