Kelsey Woodel represents insurers in litigation and counsels them in coverage disputes. After earning her Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law, Kelsey’s practice focused on the defense of commercial general contractors and subcontractors in a variety of construction and contract disputes.
Kelsey’s work has ranged from advising clients, including insurers, on general litigation to products liability. She has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, including pre-suit investigation through trial preparation.
