Douglas (Doug) Whitaker has extensive experience litigating in federal and state courts, managing high-stakes investigations, resolving disputes, and counseling clients across a broad array of industries. His experience ranges from complex commercial matters and compliance issues to employment, insurance, intellectual property, professional negligence, products liability, real estate, securities, and white-collar crime.
Doug has also handled a number of large-scale investigations and defended clients in connection with criminal and civil enforcement actions.
He has experience both as outside counsel with two national law firms and as in-house litigation counsel for a publicly traded Fortune 500 company.
