Daniel is an Associate in the Projects & Construction Group with experience advising a variety of clients on contentious and non-contentious construction matters, both domestic and international in nature.
His contentious experience covers High Court Litigation and International Arbitration. His recent contentious experience mainly involves acting for domestic contractors whilst he has acted for a state entity in relation to a dispute regarding large infrastructure project in northeast Africa.
Daniel's non-contentious work principally involves acting for developers in domestic projects, negotiating and drafting various contractual documents with interested parties.

- Acting for an international contractor in Technology and Construction Court (TCC) proceedings under an amended ICHEME Red Book in respect of the construction of an energy from waste plant.
- Acting for employer-side clients in relation to both domestic and international arbitrations.
- Advising developer clients in relation to residential and commercial developments.
- Acting for clients in relation to adjudication proceedings.
- Advising on TCC litigation on behalf of construction professionals ranging from contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Acting for a contractor in Commercial Court proceedings concerning defects in respect of a high value development.
- Advising in relation to BSA issues regarding remediation of fire safety defects.
- Advising contractor clients in relation to a range of fire safety issues in TCC claims and in pre-action stages.
