Lucy joined the Manchester Employment Team as an Associate in September 2022, having trained at the firm.

Lucy’s work includes supporting clients with Employment Tribunal proceedings, including unfair and wrongful dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims. Prior to qualification, she also gained experience in civil litigation, advising clients on High Court disputes including breach of contract claims.

With regards to non-contentious work, Lucy has advised on a variety of workplace issues including disciplinary and grievance processes, redundancies and data protection. She has also prepared and advised on employment contracts, HR policy documentation, visa applications and settlement agreements.

Lucy is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and is involved in two pro bono initiatives that service the local community: KIND UK and TutorMate.
