Full Profile

Associate at the Montréal office, Konstantina Vathis mainly practices in construction law. Her work is centred on complex and large-scale construction projects, as well as on litigation and mining matters.

She was admitted to the Québec Bar in 2020, after obtaining her licentiate in civil law and her Juris Doctor at the University of Ottawa. Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Konstantina interned at an international insurance law office in Athens (Greece) and at a Québec boutique firm in construction litigation. Concurrently to studying for the bar exam, she worked in two major law firms as a legal assistant in the fields of labour law, litigation and class actions.

Moreover, Konstantina participated in the drafting of university articles on marine law; has worked in the banking and real estate management sectors, as well as for the Ministers of Transport, Labour and Public Security; and has contributed to research and analysis efforts in a detention centre. Furthermore, she sits on the working committee of a RPA project in the City of Lorraine, which is dedicated to the construction of a residence for the elderly.

Her cumulative experience and her very diversified career path provide Konstantina with a unique perspective. When she works on matters, she applies a collaborative and pragmatic approach, and knows how to leverage her research, deep analysis and fact re-establishment competencies. A member of the Hellenic Community of Greater Montréal, Konstantina is fluent in Greek, Italian, French and English.
