Julia Vizzaccaro

Julia advises domestic and international insurers on all types of coverage matters involving all lines of business including directors’ and officers’, errors and omissions, commercial general liability, cyber, and property insurance.

Whether at the outset of a claim, during coverage litigation, or when drafting policy wording, Julia supports her clients by providing timely, practical and tailored coverage advice. Her litigation experience is a valuable asset for insurers in need of monitoring counsel and litigation support in Canada. In addition, she is Preferred Counsel to LawPRO, which provides errors and omissions insurance for Ontario lawyers.

Julia is a strong supporter of using alternative dispute resolution processes to efficiently resolve insurance and commercial disputes.

She enjoys giving back to her community and regularly provides pro bono legal advice through charitable Ontario programs, which aim to help Ontarians who cannot afford legal services.
