Vincent Tomkiewicz focuses his practice on insurance coverage and bad-faith litigation in state and federal courts and on counseling clients as national and regional coverage counsel on a wide range of insurance related matters. His practice covers a broad range of insurance coverage and forms of policies including professional liability, attorneys’ and architects’ malpractice, financial institution liability, directors’ and officers’ liability, construction defects, and claims against public entities and not-for-profit institutions as well as employment and employee benefits and fiscal services risks.
He has helped draft policy forms and endorsements for insurance companies and intermediaries. He has successfully resolved complex coverage disputes involving claims by policyholders in multi-million-dollar litigation for polybutylene pipe leaks and damage, environmental contamination, professional malpractice, and misconduct by financial institutions.
