Olivia Treston is an insurance defence partner in our Dublin office. She has vast expertise and knowledge of the sector, having worked for large international insurers before her qualification.

Olivia acts for Irish insurers, international insurers and self-insured companies, advising on their management and defence of claims. Her caseload includes motor liability, employers' liability, public liability and product liability claims. She also advises insurers on policy and indemnity disputes.

Olivia has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, particularly high-level personal injury actions.

She is a valued member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association (DSBA) and The Law Society of Ireland (TLSI).
