Joseph Tennial focuses his practice on complex civil litigation and serves as appellate monitoring counsel and coverage counsel on high-exposure matters. With extensive experience representing corporate entities, municipalities, and domestic and international insurers, Joseph has defended clients in both state and federal courts in matters involving contract disputes, mass tort, product liability, professional liability, and civil rights claims. He has also provided dispute resolution and claim counseling services to domestic and international insurers in primary and excess coverage matters involving products, property, environmental, and personal injury claims.
Prior to his legal career, Joseph worked in both state and federal government, where he navigated complex policy issues, collaborated with public agencies, and honed a strong understanding of regulatory and legislative frameworks.
