Enrique Jr Garza Tello is a Foreign Legal Advisor in the firm’s Mexico City office with extensive experience in energy, maritime and environmental law. Based in Houston, Enrique Jr advises on compliance and contract administration matters for several oil & gas operators, including advising on regulatory and compliance transactions for drillers.
While studying for his LLM, Enrique Jr worked for one year in the firm’s International Arbitration Department of the London office, assisting in several investment arbitrations. He obtained a Law Degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey and an LLM in Energy and Natural Resources Law from Queen Mary University in London.
Enrique Jr is fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian.
