She has experience in a wide range of banking matters, including real estate finance, general corporate finance and acquisition finance, with an emphasis on real estate backed lending.

Emma-Jane regularly acts for a broad spectrum of clients including financial institutions, non-bank lenders, real estate investors and developers on acquisition and development financing, refinancings and disposals. She has experience across a wide variety of industry sectors including multi-let commercial, residential, retail and mixed-use property transactions, including those with a cross border element.

  • Advising Corinthian Homes on their £86,000,000 financing with East Lodge Capital in Partnership with Fairfield Real Estate Finance to facilitate one of the largest mixed-use developments in the South-West
  • Advising a Hong Kong based investment firm on a £82,000,000 facility agreement for the re-financing of their existing portfolio together with the purchase of a new portfolio
  • Advising the Borrower on the refinancing of Chelsea Harbour, a mixed use development in Central London situated on the north bank of the River Thames in Chelsea containing a five star luxury hotel, offices, showrooms and a small marina. The refinancing was valued at £133,250,000.
  • Advising a UK based property developer on entry into senior and mezzanine facilities to fund the acquisition and development of residential apartments in East London. The total financing was valued at £37,500,000.   
  • Advising the Borrower on a £38,600,000 investment and development facility in respect of a build-to-rent development site in rugby with approximately 360 residential apartments.
  • Advising a UK based property investor on a £20,000,000 revolving loan facility for the acquisition of investment properties and working capital purposes
