Dylan Todd advises clients in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, professional liability, creditor’s rights, employment litigation and counselling and product liability matters.
His professional liability experience centers on representing doctors, accountants, design professionals, appraisers, mortgage brokers and attorneys in malpractice and breach of care actions. Dylan also has special experience in representing professionals before governmental administrative panels, SEC and federal agency investigations and responses to subpoena and grand jury requests.
Dylan is fluent in Portuguese.
