Daniel Trincado focuses his practice on insurance coverage litigation. He represents carriers in insurance coverage disputes arising in state and federal courts. In addition to litigation, he regularly advises clients on policy interpretation, claims handling, and bad faith.
Daniel also has experience defending companies and individuals in complex civil litigation matters, including claims for breach of contract, premises liability, personal injury, and wrongful death.
