Charlotte is an associate in the Paris office and focuses on all aspects of (re)insurance law, both domestic and international. She has specific experience with Warranty and Indemnity (W&I) insurance issues.
Charlotte focuses her practice on a wide range of insurance and reinsurance issues. She deals with domestic and international cases involving (re)insurers and professional institutions in matters such as professional liability, directors and officers liability, fraud and new technologies. She also advises insurers on underwriting, coverage and W&I claims matters.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Charlotte worked for the London office of a global leader in W&I Insurance. She also worked as a counsel for an American insurer.
Charlotte was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2021 and holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University Paris II - Panthéon-Assas and a Master’s degree in Insurance Law from the University of Paris-Dauphine.
