Sara Smith is a member of the general liability and construction practices, which consists of commercial, construction, and insurance coverage litigation as well as general tort litigation including premises liability, labor law, and property damage matters. Sara represents real estate owners, food and beverage clients, general contractors, construction managers, owners, municipal entities, and subcontractor entities.
Previously, Sara spent several years in the general liability groups at New York City-based law firms. While in law school, served as a clinical intern at the Brooklyn Law School Incubator & Policy Clinic. During her first summer as a law student, she worked as a legal intern at an insurance defense firm.
